Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced reservoir simulation models using industry-standard software (Petrel, Eclipse)
- Lead field development planning and production forecasting for unconventional assets
- Analyze well performance data to optimize hydraulic fracturing and enhanced recovery techniques
- Develop economic models for field development scenarios and investment proposals
- Mentor junior engineers while ensuring compliance with HSE protocols and regulatory standards
- Present technical findings to executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of reservoir engineering experience in unconventional plays
- Expert proficiency in reservoir simulation and production analysis software
- Strong background in well testing, decline curve analysis, and material balance calculations
- Proven track record of leading successful field development projects
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- Deep understanding of digital oilfield technologies and data analytics
