Responsibilities
- Design and optimize well completions using advanced hydraulic fracturing techniques
- Develop reservoir simulation models to forecast production and recovery rates
- Analyze real-time production data to identify enhancement opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams for field development planning
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and safety protocols
- Mentor junior engineers and implement best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or related field (MS preferred)
- 8+ years of upstream oil & gas experience
- Proficiency in reservoir simulation software (e.g., Eclipse, Petrel)
- Strong knowledge of horizontal drilling and hydraulic fracturing
- PE license required
- Experience with digital oilfield technologies
- Proven track record in cost optimization and project delivery
