Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced reservoir simulation models for complex geological systems
- Optimize production strategies using data analytics and reservoir management software
- Lead multidisciplinary teams in field development planning and execution
- Conduct economic analysis for capital projects and production forecasting
- Maintain compliance with industry standards (SPE, API) and environmental regulations
- Mentor junior engineers and foster knowledge-sharing initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or related field (Master's preferred)
- 10+ years of reservoir engineering experience in unconventional plays
- Proficiency in reservoir simulation software (Eclipse, CMG, Nexus)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in production data interpretation
- Proven track record in field development planning and execution
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
