Responsibilities
- Design and execute reservoir simulation models to forecast production and optimize recovery factors
- Lead integrated studies combining geological, petrophysical, and engineering data
- Develop production enhancement strategies including hydraulic fracturing designs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement digital twin technologies
- Mentor junior engineers and ensure compliance with HSE standards
- Analyze well performance data and recommend operational adjustments
- Present technical findings to executive stakeholders and investors
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of reservoir engineering experience in unconventional plays
- Expert proficiency in reservoir simulation software (e.g., Petrel, Eclipse)
- Strong background in production data analysis and well test interpretation
- Experience with digital transformation initiatives in oil & gas
- Valid PE license or ability to obtain within 6 months
- Demonstrated project leadership in complex reservoir development projects
