Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of complex civil infrastructure projects including site grading, drainage, and utility layouts.
- Conduct advanced technical analysis and prepare comprehensive engineering reports and permit applications.
- Oversee project lifecycle from feasibility studies through final construction administration.
- Mentor junior engineers and coordinate with architectural and MEP teams to ensure seamless integration.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and client expectations to ensure successful delivery within scope.
- Ensure all project outputs comply with local, state, and federal regulatory standards and environmental guidelines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited institution.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in the State of Texas is mandatory.
- Minimum of 6+ years of progressive experience in civil site development or municipal infrastructure.
- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, HEC-RAS, and StormCAD.
- Demonstrated expertise in hydrological and hydraulic modeling for urban environments.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple high-priority projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical findings to clients and stakeholders.
