Responsibilities
- Design and execute reservoir simulation models for complex offshore fields
- Develop integrated field development plans aligned with corporate sustainability goals
- Lead production optimization initiatives using advanced software (Petrel, Eclipse)
- Conduct reservoir characterization and well performance analysis
- Implement enhanced oil recovery (EOR) strategies for mature assets
- Prepare technical reports and economic feasibility studies
- Mentor junior engineers and foster cross-functional collaboration
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or related field (MS/PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years of reservoir engineering experience in offshore operations
- Expertise in reservoir simulation software (Schlumberger Petrel, CMG)
- Strong background in production forecasting and reserve estimation
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- Demonstrated experience with EOR techniques and waterflood management
- Proficiency in economic modeling and field development planning
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present technical concepts to stakeholders
