Responsibilities

  • Lead the conceptualization and execution of reservoir characterization studies, including seismic interpretation and petrophysical analysis.
  • Develop and maintain detailed reservoir simulation models using industry-standard software (e.g., Eclipse, CMG) to forecast production and optimize well placement.
  • Analyze complex geological and engineering data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for enhanced oil recovery (EOR).
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including geoscientists, drilling engineers, and production engineers, to integrate data and ensure project alignment.
  • Prepare technical reports, presentations, and models for stakeholders and senior management reviews.
  • Conduct economic evaluations and reserve reporting in compliance with SEC and SPE standards.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Petroleum Engineering, Geoscience, or a related field (PhD preferred).
  • Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in reservoir engineering within the Oil & Gas sector.
