Responsibilities
- Design and implement reservoir simulation models for unconventional assets
- Analyze production data to optimize well performance and recovery rates
- Lead cross-functional teams for field development planning
- Develop economic forecasts and investment recommendations
- Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and industry standards
- Mentor junior engineers and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or related field (MS preferred)
- 8+ years of reservoir engineering experience in unconventional plays
- Proficiency in reservoir simulation software (e.g., Eclipse, tNavigator)
- Strong analytical skills with production data interpretation expertise
- Valid PE license or ability to obtain within 6 months
- Experience with horizontal drilling and hydraulic fracturing operations
- Demonstrated project leadership in oil & gas environments
