- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance
- Collaborate with geoscience and drilling teams on integrated field development plans
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or related field
- 8+ years of reservoir engineering experience in unconventional plays
- Proficiency in reservoir simulation software (e.g., Eclipse, Nexus)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in production optimization
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
- Experience with economic modeling and reserve reporting
