Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced reservoir simulation models for complex geological formations
- Lead field development planning and production optimization initiatives
- Analyze production data to identify enhancement opportunities and recommend strategies

- Prepare technical reports and economic evaluations for executive stakeholders

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of reservoir engineering experience in oil & gas operations
- Expert proficiency in reservoir simulation software (e.g., Petrel, Eclipse)
- Strong analytical skills with demonstrated history of production optimization
- Experience with unconventional resources (shale, tight formations)
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or eligibility
- Exceptional communication skills for technical stakeholder engagement
