Responsibilities
- Develop and calibrate complex reservoir simulation models using industry-standard software (ECLIPSE, Nexus)
- Design and implement enhanced oil recovery (EOR) strategies for unconventional plays
- Analyze well performance data to identify optimization opportunities and production bottlenecks
- Lead reservoir surveillance programs and pressure maintenance initiatives
- Prepare detailed reserve reports in compliance with SPE standards
- Mentor junior engineers and present technical findings to executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with geoscience teams on integrated reservoir characterization studies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or related field (MS/PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of reservoir engineering experience in unconventional operations
- Advanced proficiency in reservoir simulation software and data analytics
- Demonstrated success in EOR project implementation and optimization
- Strong understanding of well testing, decline curve analysis, and material balance techniques
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent international certification
- Experience with digital transformation initiatives in oil & gas sector
- Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
