We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Reservoir Engineer to drive production optimization and asset integrity in our Permian Basin portfolio. You will work within a cross-functional team of geoscientists and drilling engineers to maximize recovery factors and economic viability.

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain robust reservoir simulation models to forecast production performance.
- Conduct nodal analysis and pressure transient analysis (PTA) to optimize well performance.
- Perform comprehensive economic evaluations for new drills, workovers, and asset acquisitions.
- Collaborate with drilling and completions teams to design effective well stimulation strategies.
- Mentor junior engineering staff and provide technical guidance on reservoir management best practices.
- Prepare detailed technical reports and presentations for executive leadership and stakeholders.
- Monitor field production data to identify opportunities for enhanced recovery and infrastructure improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Petroleum Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of professional experience in reservoir engineering within the O&G sector.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Petrel, Eclipse, CMG, or OFM.
- Strong expertise in decline curve analysis (DCA) and material balance modeling.
- Proven track record of managing high-value assets and delivering measurable production increases.
- Excellent communication and project management skills with a collaborative mindset.
- P.E. license (Professional Engineer) is highly preferred.
