Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive reservoir management strategies for multi-well assets.
- Conduct dynamic reservoir simulations to forecast production profiles and identify recovery opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including geology and drilling, to optimize well placement.
- Perform uncertainty analysis and risk assessment to support capital investment decisions.
- Mentor junior engineering staff and drive technical knowledge sharing across the department.
- Monitor field performance data to ensure production targets are met efficiently and safely.
- Present detailed engineering reports to executive leadership and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Petroleum Engineering or related discipline.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in reservoir engineering within the O&G sector.
- Advanced proficiency in industry-standard software such as Petrel, Eclipse, or CMG.
- Strong understanding of PVT analysis, nodal analysis, and well-test interpretation.
- Proven track record in mature field redevelopment and enhanced oil recovery (EOR).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Professional Engineering (PE) license is highly preferred.
