Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced reservoir simulation models to forecast production performance
- Analyze well test data and production trends to identify optimization opportunities
- Develop enhanced oil recovery (EOR) strategies for unconventional assets
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on field development plans
- Prepare technical reports and economic analyses for stakeholders
- Mentor junior engineers and facilitate knowledge transfer
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of reservoir engineering experience in upstream operations
- Proficiency in reservoir simulation software (Petrel, Eclipse, tNavigator)
- Strong analytical skills with production optimization experience
- Deep knowledge of EOR techniques and unconventional reservoirs
- Proven ability to work in cross-functional teams
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
