Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive reservoir management strategies for unconventional assets.
- Conduct high-fidelity reservoir simulation studies to predict production performance.
- Perform complex decline curve analysis and well performance diagnostics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mature drilling opportunities.
- Prepare detailed annual reserve reports in accordance with SEC/SPE guidelines.
- Mentor junior engineering staff and foster a culture of technical excellence.
- Optimize completion designs to improve well productivity and ultimate recovery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering or related discipline; Master’s preferred.
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in reservoir engineering within the O&G sector.
- Expert proficiency in industry software (e.g., Petrel, Eclipse, OFM, Aries).
- Strong understanding of economic modeling and risk assessment.
- Exceptional analytical skills with a proven track record of increasing production.
- Professional Engineering (PE) license is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder and investor reporting.
