Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced reservoir simulation models using industry-standard software (Eclipse, Petrel)
- Optimize production strategies through decline curve analysis and enhanced recovery techniques
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing field development plans for unconventional assets
- Conduct economic evaluations and risk assessments for drilling and completion programs
- Monitor reservoir performance data and recommend operational improvements
- Mentor junior engineers and drive continuous process innovation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years reservoir engineering experience with unconventional plays
- Advanced proficiency in reservoir simulation and data analysis tools
- Strong knowledge of drilling, completion, and production operations
- Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary projects
- P.E. license or equivalent professional certification
- Experience with digital oilfield technologies and AI-driven analytics
