Responsibilities
- Perform integrated reservoir studies to evaluate asset performance and identify upside opportunities.
- Execute complex reservoir simulation models to predict production performance under various scenarios.
- Prepare and present detailed development plans, including well spacing, completion optimization, and recovery forecasts.
- Conduct economic evaluations and risk assessments for new drilling prospects.
- Collaborate with drilling, completions, and geology teams to ensure seamless operational execution.
- Monitor and analyze real-time well data to recommend adjustments for production enhancement.
- Mentor junior engineering staff on technical best practices and software workflows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Petroleum Engineering or related discipline.
- Minimum of 8-12 years of experience in reservoir engineering within the upstream Oil & Gas sector.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Petrel, Eclipse, CMG, or OFM.
- Expertise in unconventional resource plays and multi-stage fracture stimulation analysis.
- Strong understanding of PVT analysis, material balance, and decline curve analysis (DCA).
- Proven track record of managing multi-disciplinary field development projects.
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
