We are seeking a high-caliber Senior Reservoir Engineer to lead strategic development projects, drive field production efficiency, and spearhead technical excellence in the Permian Basin and beyond.

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain robust reservoir simulation models to optimize recovery factors.
- Conduct detailed pressure transient analysis and material balance studies.
- Collaborate with drilling and completion teams to design well trajectories and stimulation programs.
- Prepare comprehensive production forecasts and economic analysis for reserve reporting (SEC/PRMS).
- Mentor junior engineers on technical workflows and best practices in reservoir characterization.
- Present data-driven insights to executive stakeholders to guide asset acquisition and divestiture.
- Ensure full compliance with environmental, health, and safety (EHS) regulations in all technical operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Petroleum Engineering or related discipline.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in reservoir engineering within the upstream O&G sector.
- Expert-level proficiency with industry-standard software (e.g., Petrel, Eclipse, CMG, or OFM).
- Demonstrated expertise in unconventional resource play optimization.
- Strong understanding of economic modeling and risk assessment principles.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical findings for non-technical stakeholders.
- Professional Engineering (PE) license is highly preferred.
