Responsibilities

Qualifications
- PhD in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Materials Science, or related field
- 5+ years of industry R&D experience with proven publication record

- Proficiency in Python/R for data analysis and experimental design
- Demonstrated success in translating research into commercial applications
- Strong project management skills with ability to manage $500K+ budgets
- Excellent written communication with 3+ peer-reviewed publications
