Responsibilities

Qualifications
- PhD in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven track record of leading successful R&D projects with tangible deliverables
- Expertise in mammalian cell culture, gene editing, and high-throughput screening
- Strong statistical analysis skills with proficiency in R or Python for data interpretation
