Responsibilities
- Design and execute cutting-edge experiments in molecular biology and synthetic biology
- Lead cross-functional R&D projects from concept to prototype development
- Analyze complex genomic data using advanced bioinformatics tools
- Collaborate with regulatory affairs to ensure compliance with FDA/EMA standards

Qualifications
- PhD in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in CRISPR/Cas9 and next-generation sequencing technologies
- Proven track record of developing therapeutic candidates from discovery to IND
- Strong proficiency in Python/R for genomic data analysis
- Experience managing research budgets and timelines
- Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams
- Published research in high-impact journals
- Knowledge of GMP/GLP laboratory practices
