Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize novel deep learning algorithms for autonomous systems.
- Lead the end-to-end research lifecycle, from hypothesis formulation to prototype development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to integrate research findings into production systems.
- Publish high-impact research papers in top-tier conferences and journals.
- Mentor and guide junior researchers and PhD candidates in their technical development.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation of robotic prototypes in real-world scenarios.
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in R&D within the AI or Robotics industry.
- Expert proficiency in Python, C++, and machine learning frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow).
- Strong background in computer vision, natural language processing, or reinforcement learning.
- Proven track record of publishing research and a deep understanding of academic research methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
