Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel deep learning architectures for multimodal data processing
- Lead cross-functional research initiatives from theoretical prototyping to production deployment
- Publish 3+ peer-reviewed papers annually in venues like NeurIPS/ICML
- Mentor junior researchers and establish university partnerships
- Develop patentable algorithms in generative AI or reinforcement learning
- Collaborate with product teams to translate research into commercial applications
- Ensure ethical AI compliance through bias mitigation frameworks
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in PyTorch/TensorFlow with 50+ model deployments
- Proven track record of publishing at NeurIPS/ICML/ICLR
- Strong background in distributed ML systems and GPU optimization
- Experience with MLOps pipelines and cloud-native research infrastructure
- Demonstrated ability to secure $1M+ in research grants
- Proficiency in Python/C++ with high-performance computing knowledge
