Responsibilities
- Design and execute rigorous experiments to validate novel machine learning architectures.
- Conduct deep dives into large-scale datasets to derive actionable insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to translate research findings into production-ready APIs.
- Author and publish high-impact research papers in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, CVPR).
- Mentor junior researchers and PhD candidates, fostering a culture of innovation.
- Stay abreast of the latest academic trends to integrate state-of-the-art techniques into our roadmap.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 5 years of post-PhD experience in R&D within the tech or biotech industry.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Proven track record of publishing in peer-reviewed venues or open-source contributions.
- Experience with distributed systems and large-scale data processing (Spark, Hadoop).
- Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
