Responsibilities
- Model Development: Design, build, and deploy scalable machine learning and deep learning models to solve real-world business problems.
- Data Strategy: Define data requirements and lead the end-to-end data science lifecycle, from data ingestion to model monitoring.
- Feature Engineering: Create robust feature sets and pipelines to optimize model performance and accuracy.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical findings into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Python (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn) and SQL.
- Big Data: Experience with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Mathematical Rigor: Deep understanding of statistical analysis, probability theory, and algorithms.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of taking ambiguous problems and delivering data-driven solutions in a fast-paced environment.
