Qualifications
- PhD in Life Sciences, Bioengineering, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven track record of leading successful R&D projects with measurable outcomes
- Expertise in CRISPR, next-gen sequencing, or AI-driven drug discovery
- Strong publication record in Nature/Science/Cell journals
- Experience securing $500k+ in research funding
- Proficiency in statistical analysis (R/Python) and experimental design
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present to technical and executive audiences
