Responsibilities
- Design and execute innovative experiments in molecular biology and biochemistry
- Lead cross-functional project teams from concept to clinical prototype

- Author scientific publications and patent applications
- Mentor junior scientists and optimize lab workflows
- Collaborate with regulatory affairs to ensure compliance with FDA/EMA standards
Qualifications
- PhD in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven track record in developing novel therapeutics or diagnostic tools
- Expertise in CRISPR, NGS, and high-throughput screening technologies
- Strong publication record in peer-reviewed journals
- Experience with GMP/GLP protocols and regulatory documentation
