Responsibilities
- Lead and execute high-level R&D projects focused on novel technologies and system architectures.
- Design and prototype innovative algorithms and engineering solutions that enhance product scalability and performance.
- Conduct rigorous testing, data analysis, and validation to ensure technical feasibility and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, design, and manufacturing to translate research into market-ready solutions.

Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, or a related scientific field.
- Experience: 5+ years of progressive experience in R&D, applied research, or a similar technical capacity.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, or Rust; strong foundation in mathematics and statistics.
- Tools: Experience with simulation software (e.g., MATLAB, ANSYS), cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), and machine learning frameworks.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
