Qualifications

- 5+ years in industrial R&D with proven track record of commercialized innovations
- Expertise in nanomaterial characterization and quantum computing architectures
- Proficiency in Python, MATLAB, and simulation tools (COMSOL, ANSYS)
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals or conference proceedings
- Demonstrated ability to secure research grants and manage project budgets
- Strong analytical skills with experimental design and statistical analysis expertise
