Responsibilities
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum algorithms and machine learning models
- Design and execute experimental protocols for advanced materials science

- Secure intellectual property through patent development
- Mentor junior researchers and publish findings in peer-reviewed journals
- Secure and manage federal/state research grants
Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of hands-on R&D experience in quantum/AI domains
- Proven track record of patent applications or publications
- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming frameworks
- Strong grant writing and project management skills
- Experience with cleanroom fabrication and nanoscale characterization
