Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Ph.D. in a relevant scientific discipline (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Materials Science, Biomedical Engineering) with 5+ years of post-doctoral or industry experience in R&D.
- Demonstrated track record of scientific excellence through publications in high-impact journals and presentations at major conferences.
- Expertise in advanced experimental design (DOE), statistical analysis, and data interpretation.
- Proficiency with specialized laboratory techniques and instrumentation relevant to the specific research area (e.g., cell culture, genomics, spectroscopy, microscopy, materials characterization).
- Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to drive projects from conception to completion.
