Responsibilities

- Secure and manage research grants and partnerships
- Present findings at industry conferences and publish in peer-reviewed journals
- Mentor junior researchers and foster collaborative innovation
Qualifications
- PhD in Biology, Chemistry, Materials Science, or related field
- 5+ years of industrial R&D experience with proven publication record
- Expertise in experimental design and statistical analysis
- Strong proficiency in laboratory instrumentation (HPLC, SEM, PCR)
- Track record of securing research funding ($500k+ preferred)
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts
