  • Administer complex medications and intravenous therapies while monitoring for adverse reactions.
  • Operate and manage life-support equipment, including ventilators and continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT).
  • Collaborate closely with intensivists, pharmacists, and respiratory therapists to develop comprehensive care plans.

Qualifications

  • Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse license in the state of Massachusetts.
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) strongly preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in an ICU or Critical Care setting.
  • Current BLS, ACLS, and CCRN certification required.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under extreme pressure.
