Responsibilities
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information with precision.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the medical team.
- Operate and interpret data from complex life-support and monitoring equipment.
- Collaborate with physicians to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Respond to emergency situations and code blue events with rapid clinical judgment.
- Maintain sterile environments and follow strict infection control protocols.
- Provide empathetic support and clear communication to patient families.
Qualifications
- Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Massachusetts.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in an ICU or Critical Care setting.
- BLS, ACLS, and CCRN certifications required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in high-pressure environments.
- Proficiency with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems, specifically Epic.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
