  • Manage complex equipment, including ventilators, hemodynamic monitors, and dialysis machines.

  • Facilitate clear, empathetic communication between the healthcare team, patients, and their families during critical situations.
  • Maintain comprehensive and accurate electronic health records (EHR) in real-time.

Qualifications

  • Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse license in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) strongly preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of active ICU experience in an acute care setting.
  • Current BLS, ACLS, and CCRN (Critical Care Registered Nurse) certification or willingness to obtain.
