Responsibilities
- Deliver advanced nursing care to critically ill patients across diverse medical conditions
- Lead rapid response team activations during emergency situations
- Maintain accurate electronic health records with 99% documentation accuracy
- Mentor junior nurses through our structured preceptorship program
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop patient care plans
- Implement evidence-based practice protocols to improve outcomes
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- BSN or higher in Nursing (MSN preferred)
- Current RN license in Illinois (IL RN license required)
- Minimum 3 years ICU experience with ACLS/BLS certifications
- Strong proficiency in Epic EMR system
- Critical Care Nursing Certification (CCRN) highly desired
- Demonstrated leadership experience in acute care settings
- Exceptional critical thinking and decision-making abilities
- Valid BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
