  • Deliver high-acuity nursing care to patients with acute cardiovascular instability.
  • Manage complex hemodynamic monitoring and specialized cardiac equipment, including IABPs and CRRT.
  • Collaborate with cardiac surgeons, cardiologists, and respiratory therapists to develop comprehensive care plans.
  • Lead bedside clinical rounding and facilitate effective communication among the interdisciplinary team.
  • Act as a clinical preceptor for new hires and nursing students.

Qualifications

  • Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Massachusetts.
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; MSN preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in an ICU, CCU, or CICU setting.
  • BLS, ACLS, and CCRN certifications (or ability to obtain CCRN within 6 months).
  • Demonstrated expertise in rhythm interpretation and advanced cardiac pharmacology.
