Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize the company's real estate technology stack, including CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zoho), property portals, and leasing software.
- Collaborate with the IT department to implement new software solutions and customize existing tools to meet business needs.
- Train and support real estate agents and administrative staff on the effective use of digital tools and internal systems.
- Analyze market trends and property data to provide actionable insights for sales and investment strategies.
- Maintain data integrity across all digital platforms and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and user manuals for internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a technical role within the Real Estate or Property Management sector.
- Proven expertise with major real estate CRMs (e.g., Salesforce, RentCafe, Yardi) and MLS systems.
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic web development principles.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and generate reports.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon into business value for non-technical stakeholders.
