Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle luxury property transactions from listing to closing
- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans for premium properties
- Cultivate relationships with high-net-worth clients and industry partners
- Analyze market trends to provide data-driven investment advice
- Lead and mentor junior agents in our brokerage team
- Coordinate with attorneys, architects, and contractors for property renovations
- Utilize CRM systems to track client interactions and pipeline
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years experience in luxury real estate sales
- Proven track record of $5M+ annual transaction volume
- New York State Real Estate Broker license required
- Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills
- Advanced proficiency in real estate analytics tools
- Fluency in Mandarin or Spanish preferred
- Strong network of high-net-worth individuals
- Professional designation (CRS, CIPS, or Luxury Home Specialist)
