Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic property acquisition/sales plans for high-net-worth clients
- Leverage proprietary market analytics to identify investment opportunities
- Lead complex commercial/residential transactions valued at $5M+
- Build and maintain relationships with institutional investors and developers
- Mentor junior agents on negotiation tactics and compliance protocols
- Collaborate with legal/financial teams to ensure seamless transaction closures
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years luxury real estate experience in NYC metro area
- Proven track record closing $50M+ in annual transactions
- CCIM or CIPS designation strongly preferred
- Advanced proficiency in real estate valuation software (e.g., Argus, Yardi)
- Extensive network of institutional investors and developers
- Expert knowledge of NYC zoning regulations and tax incentives
- Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills
