Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive financial modeling and ROI analysis for luxury residential/commercial properties
- Perform due diligence on acquisition targets including market research, zoning compliance, and competitor analysis
- Develop investment strategies aligned with firm's capital deployment targets and market cycles
- Present investment memoranda to executive committee and external partners
- Manage relationships with brokers, developers, and institutional investors
- Lead cross-functional teams on property valuation and disposition strategies
- Monitor portfolio performance and recommend optimization opportunities
Qualifications
- 5+ years in real estate investment analysis with transaction experience >$50M
- Advanced proficiency in Argus, Excel, and commercial real estate databases
- Proven track record in South Florida market dynamics and regulatory landscape
- CFA or CCIM designation preferred
- Exceptional financial modeling and valuation skills
- Strong presentation skills with ability to communicate complex concepts to stakeholders
- Undergraduate degree in Finance, Real Estate, or related field
