Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial client consultation to closing and beyond.
- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to promote listings and attract qualified buyers.
- Conduct thorough market analysis to determine optimal pricing strategies.
- Build and maintain a robust network of industry professionals, including lenders, attorneys, and home inspectors.
- Utilize CRM software to track leads, schedule showings, and follow up with clients effectively.
- Represent the firm at open houses, networking events, and community engagements.
Qualifications
- Valid New York State Real Estate Salesperson or Broker License.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in residential real estate sales, preferably in Manhattan.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in MLS systems and property management software (e.g., Salesforce, CoStar).
- Valid Driver's License and professional appearance.
