Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment strategies, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and closing top-tier real estate agents.
- Utilize SEO techniques and digital marketing tools to optimize job postings and drive organic traffic to our talent pipeline.
- Build and maintain a robust network of potential candidates through networking events, social media, and industry conferences.
- Conduct market research to identify talent gaps and develop targeted recruitment campaigns.
- Manage relationships with hiring managers to understand business needs and ensure alignment.
- Partner with the marketing team to create compelling content that attracts high-caliber candidates.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the real estate or high-volume sales sector.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and CRM platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and persuasive demeanor.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
