Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of real estate development projects, from initial acquisition to final handover.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including architects, engineers, and construction contractors to ensure project alignment.
- Develop and manage detailed project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation plans.
- Conduct thorough feasibility studies and market analysis to identify high-potential investment opportunities.
- Ensure strict adherence to local building codes, zoning laws, and environmental regulations.
- Manage stakeholder relations, including government officials and community leaders.
- Identify and mitigate project risks proactively.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in real estate project management, specifically within the NYC metropolitan area.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Real Estate, Construction Management, or Business Administration.
- Proficiency in project management software such as Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, or Asana.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, structural systems, and building codes.
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders.
- PMP or CAPM certification is highly preferred.
