Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive real estate investment strategies for $50M+ portfolios
- Conduct market analysis and due diligence for luxury properties in South Florida
- Negotiate complex transactions with developers, investors, and institutional partners
- Build and maintain relationships with ultra-high-net-worth clients and referral networks
- Oversee property management operations and asset optimization initiatives
- Lead cross-functional teams including brokers, legal, and financial advisors
- Present quarterly portfolio performance reports to executive stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, or Business (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years of high-value real estate transaction experience
- Proven track record managing $30M+ property portfolios
- Florida Real Estate Broker license (or ability to obtain immediately)
- Advanced proficiency in real estate valuation and financial modeling
- Extensive network of luxury property developers and investors
- Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation
- Fluency in English and Spanish (Portuguese a plus)
