Responsibilities
- Conduct financial modeling and market analysis for commercial/residential acquisitions
- Lead property valuation and risk assessment for $50M+ portfolios
- Develop investment strategies aligned with capital market trends
- Negotiate acquisition terms and partnership agreements
- Present investment opportunities to executive stakeholders and investors
- Oversee asset management post-acquisition to optimize ROI
- Build and maintain relationships with institutional investors and developers
Qualifications
- 5+ years in real estate investment, acquisitions, or development
- Proven track record in commercial/mixed-use asset transactions
- Expertise in financial modeling (DCF, cap rates, IRR analysis)
- Strong market knowledge of NYC metro area real estate dynamics
- Series 63/66 or relevant securities license required
- Advanced proficiency in Argus and Excel modeling tools
- Strategic thinking with data-driven decision-making abilities
- Excellent presentation skills for investor communications
