Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate high-potential investment opportunities across Miami's luxury residential, commercial, and mixed-use sectors
- Develop comprehensive financial models, market analyses, and feasibility studies for $50M+ portfolios
- Lead client acquisition and retention strategies targeting ultra-high-net-worth individuals and institutional partners
- Oversee due diligence processes including property valuation, zoning compliance, and risk assessment
- Coordinate with legal, architectural, and financing teams to structure optimal transaction frameworks
- Present investment strategies and portfolio performance to executive stakeholders and investor committees
Qualifications
- 8+ years in real estate investment banking, private equity, or principal investment with $100M+ deal experience
- Deep expertise in South Florida real estate market dynamics, regulatory landscape, and emerging submarkets
- Advanced proficiency in Argus, REIT valuation, and complex cash flow modeling (CFD/IRR analysis)
- Proven track record of sourcing and closing $50M+ transactions in luxury or commercial real estate
- CFA designation or MBA from top-tier institution strongly preferred
- Exceptional negotiation skills with demonstrated success in multi-party transactions
- Strong network of developers, brokers, and institutional investors in Florida market
