Responsibilities
- Analyze market trends and investment opportunities in luxury real estate markets
- Develop comprehensive investment strategies for high-net-worth clients
- Conduct financial modeling and ROI projections for premium properties
- Negotiate complex transactions with institutional investors and private clients
- Lead cross-functional teams in property acquisition and development projects
- Maintain relationships with luxury property developers and industry stakeholders
- Present investment strategies to executive leadership and investment committees
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, or Business (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in luxury real estate investment or brokerage
- Proven track record of $50M+ transaction volume
- Expertise in financial modeling and market analysis tools (Argus, Yardi)
- Strong network of high-net-worth clients and institutional investors
- License: California Real Estate Broker (DRE # required)
- Exceptional negotiation and client relationship management skills
- Deep knowledge of Southern California luxury property markets
