Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate high-potential commercial and residential investment opportunities across Manhattan
- Develop comprehensive property valuation models using financial metrics and market analysis
- Lead client acquisition and retention strategies for HNWI and institutional investors
- Negotiate complex acquisition, disposition, and joint-venture agreements
- Conduct due diligence on zoning regulations, environmental compliance, and market trends
- Present investment strategies to executive committees and investment committees
- Collaborate with legal, architectural, and development teams to optimize asset performance
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of commercial real estate investment experience with proven transaction volume
- Master's degree in Real Estate Finance, MBA, or relevant field required
- CFA or CCIM designation strongly preferred
- Expertise in Manhattan market dynamics and regulatory frameworks
- Advanced proficiency in Argus, Yardi, and investment modeling software
- Extensive network of institutional investors and developer relationships
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable strategies
- Track record of closing transactions exceeding $50M in value
