Responsibilities
- Lead due diligence and valuation of $50M+ real estate portfolios across Manhattan's prime districts
- Develop sophisticated investment models incorporating market trends, cap rates, and ROI projections
- Negotiate complex acquisition agreements and joint venture structures with institutional partners
- Oversee property portfolio optimization through strategic renovations and repositioning
- Present investment opportunities to C-suite executives and private equity committees
- Mentor junior analysts while maintaining personal transaction targets of $200M annually
Qualifications
- 7+ years of commercial/residential real estate investment banking or principal investment experience
- Proven track record of closing $100M+ property transactions in gateway markets
- Advanced proficiency in Argus, Yardi, and real estate financial modeling software
- Extensive network of developers, brokers, and capital sources across NYC real estate ecosystem
- CFA or CCIM designation strongly preferred
- Exceptional understanding of NYC zoning laws and development regulations
- Demonstrated ability to present complex financial analyses to non-technical stakeholders
